our Bollywood ladies at Cannes! Well yes, Deepika Padukone, Kangana Ranaut and
Huma Qureshi have reached the French Riviera for the 71st Cannes Film
Festival.
While Kangana
Ranaut is making her debut at the film festival this year, Deepika will walk at
the fashionable gala for the 3rdtime. She made her debut in 2010 and then
conquered the glorious red carpet last year.
So, now that the
ladies have reached their destination for the coming few days, it’s time to
take a style check of their first appearances.

made a stylish touchdown at Cannes as her airport look was oh-so-cool!
Flaunting that infectious smile in blue and black checks, which she paired with
skinny leather bottoms, our desi beauty surely turned some French heads.

I am
expecting fireworks from Dippy this year. In 2017, her few appearances were
bang on while some disappointing. Especially after a not so praiseworthy
appearance at MET Gala, Deepika is under heavy scanner at the Cannes red
carpet.

And now coming to
another style queen, who is taking on the red carpet for the first time at
Cannes- Meet Ms Kangana Ranaut!

Kangana, yet
again, made a bold and experimental choice for her first appearance at the do.
Kangana’s mood was retro and she nailed it. Ms Ranaut draped herself in a fully
sequenced Sabyasachi saree in black with an ultra hot strappy blouse.

Kangana's hair puffed
in a bouffant to give that perfect retro look, winged eyeliner and nude
make-up, Kangana was a treat to the eye! The actress accentuated her look with a teenmaniya necklace,
crafted out of rose-cut diamonds, Colombian emeralds
and basra pearls.

Although this was
a simple and elegant pick for a casual appearance at the festival, we really
hope Ms Ranaut raises the bar for her walk today at the red carpet.
And now, coming
to Huma Qureshi, who made a wise and safe bet.

Huma chose a
simple white gown with little crochet detailing on the bosom. With a cape like
drape over her shoulder, Huma’s gown had a dramatic long end. She styled her
hair in a neat bun and accentuated those luscious lips with the colour red.
Overall, a decent attempt but we hope to see better Huma!

Well, the first
appearances of our B-Town beauties was rather satisfactory and only makes me
hopeful that their individual red carpet appearances are something to look
forward to.
